Dali was recommended to me by a friend of mine. During our first meeting in his office he showed great understanding of the market, presented and explained whole process of buying a house, providing the estimates of closing costs and projection of monthly cost for different scenarios, enabling me to get a clear picture of the whole process.
During our search Dali showed dedication, understanding and patience, taking the stress away, making me feel well taken care throughout the entire process. Some of the things I really liked were that I was always alerted if there were potential risks related to the property, or something that I couldn’t notice myself, which could influence my decision of purchasing. I never felt being pushed to make decision to purchase, and behind every advice I was given there was a great explanation. At the time of the offer I was provided with realistic market value of the property, and he was able to negotiate favorable terms and very good purchase price.
